The box was really sturdy and everything showed up safe, not smashed at all. I was totally calm about shipping live plants, obviously, but it was a relief to open it and see them in great shape

I ordered some plants from highcountrygardens.com and honestly... the shipping was a lot slower than I thought it would be. The website kind of made it feel like things would move along quicker, so I kept checking for updates and just waiting, but there wasn’t much helpful info for a while. The plants did show up okay in the end, so that’s good, but the whole waiting part was frustrating. I don’t know, I might order again if I’m not in a rush, but definitely not if I need something anytime soon

My order showed up just fine, and the plants looked healthy. Just smaller than I had pictured from the photos. They were packed really well, though, and perked up after a couple days in the ground. Probably should’ve looked closer at the size details. Overall, I’m happy with them. Just not exactly a wow moment

A couple of my plants arrived in rough shape, so I sent over some photos and reached out to their support team. They replied quickly, replaced one plant, and refunded the other without making it a hassle. As a customer, I really appreciate when a company makes things that simple, and I think other customers would feel the same way...

But in this case, what I got was exactly what I expected.
